DISPUTES
For customers: FuelFinder.com is not responsible for enforcing the conduct of participating providers. Should a situation arise where there is a dispute regarding quoted price information or terms between supplier and customer, it is the responsibility of the supplier to honor their quoted information. FuelFinder.com is in no way responsible to enforce the quoted prices of participating providers. Customers have the right to not purchase products and services from these suppliers.
For Suppliers: For disputes regarding customer contact information, FuelFinder.com will investigate disputes and provide quick resolution to such disputes. FuelFinder.com will credit your account if it is determined that there is a valid dispute based on the findings and investigations performed by FuelFinder.com. Disputes of this nature should be sent to billing@fuelfinder.com. Ensure the email contains appropriate information regarding the claim including all customers and billing information.
INDEMNITY
As a condition of use of this Web site and/or FuelFinder.com's services, you agree to indemnify FuelFinder.com and its suppliers from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys' fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of this Web site, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of this Agreement.
